PAYMENT RULES
- • Payments are accepted via PayPal, Ko-fi, or Cash App.
- • Payment must be made upfront or in two installments (50% before the work begins, and 50% upon completion).
- • No refunds will be issued once the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
- • For large projects, such as long-term comic series, payments can be made in installments.
DEADLINES
- • Deadlines will vary depending on factors such as the size of the queue and the complexity of the order.
- • Clients can request priority on their orders for faster delivery at an additional cost (pricing will vary based on demand).
- • In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may request a refund.
- • Clients can track their orders via our Trello board.
DRAWING PROCESS
- • I will provide updates at each stage of the process and wait for feedback before proceeding, to ensure the work meets the client's expectations.
- • If a client does not respond within 1–2 hours, I will proceed with the drawing to meet deadlines and avoid delays for other clients.
- • Medium or large revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase. Minor revisions can be made during the line art phase. Once colors and shading are applied, only color changes will be permitted.
- • Clients may pay extra for revisions that fall outside of these guidelines.
- • If a client requests frequent revisions that significantly delay the process, this must be communicated in advance so I can account for the additional time and charge accordingly. This applies to clients with very specific visions that require multiple revisions over several days.
REVISIONS POLICY
- • Initial draft stage: Major changes such as altering the pose or characters entirely.
- • Sketch stage: Significant changes to the anatomy or pose.
- • Line art stage: Medium changes to the anatomy or pose.
- • Initial colors stage: Minor changes to the anatomy, pose, or color adjustments.
- • Shading stage: Only color changes.
- • If a client requests an alternate version after the drawing process has started, an additional fee may apply.
- • It is up to both the artist and the client to determine what constitutes a full, large, medium, or minor change. Clients may pay extra to request revisions beyond the designated stage.
USAGE OF COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
- • You are free to use the artwork in any way you prefer, provided proper credit is given.
- • I may use the commissioned images in posts or include them in my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
- • We encourage clients to share our work on their social media, as long as proper credit is given.
- • If you wish to be credited when we post the artwork on our platforms, please provide your social media handle (@).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We welcome feedback from our clients after the work is completed, whether positive or constructive. We are always striving to improve both our art and our service.
- When placing an order, we kindly ask that clients provide clear and concise information about their requests to avoid any misunderstandings.
- If no references are provided regarding character poses or physical features, we will take creative liberty in those aspects.
By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms outlined above and confirm that you have read them thoroughly.
Thank you for your trust and support!
